As are your deeds, so is your destiny."

Satyatma teaches a system of self-development called Ekayoga Life Transformation. Eka, in Sanskrit, means "One" and Yoga means "Union," or more explicitly, "Union with the Highest Truth through control of the mind."
Satyatma's teachings focus on revolutionay self-transformation through the practical application of true spiritual and psychological knowledge. The focus is on personal responsibility and the development of the skills and abilities needed to overcome life's distresses and obstacles through a higher understanding of the nature of existence and a new determination to apply this higher understanding in one's own daily life.
Through the development of unconditional confidence in one's own Spirit and abililty to be the source of one's own happiness, a person transforms his or her own consciousness. Through the personal transformation of consciousness, one transforms one's own habits, actions, and ways of perceiving and believing. Through internal transformation, we change our lives. United with Truth, we become unconditionally happy due to our own internal power. Thus changed, we change the world.

"Yoga...a discipline which destroys all sorrows."
- John Kimborough
